Turns out, superheroes are real. We’ve met a few.

Our rooms looked a little different that morning. Capes. Masks. A surprising number of very serious expressions on very small faces.
Our educators arrived in full costume, not just for the fun of it, but to show up for something. To remind the children in their care what a real superhero actually looks like.

Not the ones on screens. The ones who arrive every morning, ready. Who notice when something is off. Who make a child feel safe enough to be completely themselves.
What followed was a day built around courage, kindness, and showing up for others. The things that make someone a hero, whether they’re wearing a cape or not.

At our early learning centres in North Sydney and Mascot, these are the days we live for. The ones that feel like play but quietly teach children who they can be.
Every child already has a superpower. We just help them find it.
