Our Rooms
Boutique and family-owned, North Sydney is an intentionally small centre caring for a maximum of 38 children. Every educator knows every family, and that continuity of care, built by the longest-standing team in North Sydney, creates a sense of belonging felt from day one.

Meet Rupa
With over 21 years in early childhood education and care, including 18 years as part of the Toybox family, I bring a deep commitment to high-quality care within a safe, inclusive environment where every child is valued.
As Centre Director, I hold myself to the highest standards of leadership and professional practice, with no compromise on child safety and wellbeing. I value building strong partnerships with families and leading a collaborative team that is passionate about delivering meaningful learning experiences for every child.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Master's degree in Home Economics, and I am currently completing a Bachelor of Education. I have also undertaken additional training across child safety, leadership, compliance, and early childhood development.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, exploring new places, and chasing a good adrenaline rush. What I treasure most about Toybox is the sense of community, the real relationships we build with children and families, and the vision of our leadership that continues to inspire our team every day.
